Secondly, oblique nozzles with different defect lengths, widths and depths are established, respectively. The influence of loading paths on shakedown limit and ratchet limit of oblique nozzles with defects are also studied. Finally, shakedown limit and ratchet limit diagrams are obtained based on linear matching method. 摘要

本文基于线性匹配法(LMM)对斜喷管的极限载荷、安定极限和棘轮极限进行了评估。为了研究斜喷管的极限载荷、安定极限和棘轮极限的影响因素,分别建立了不同倾角、不同径厚比和不同管径厚比的斜喷管模型。首先对斜喷管的极限载荷、安定极限和棘轮极限进行了研究。同时,还研究了加载方式对安定极限和棘轮极限的影响。其次,分别建立了不同缺陷长度、宽度和深度的斜喷嘴;研究了加载路径对含缺陷斜喷管安定极限和棘轮极限的影响。最后,基于线性匹配方法得到了安定极限图和棘轮极限图。通过ABAQUS增量弹塑性分析验证了安定极限图和棘轮极限图的正确性。
