Thermal stability, limiting oxygen index, plasticizing property, solvent extraction resistance, and microstructure of plasticized PVC materials were characterized. 摘要

摘要利用橡胶籽油合成多功能增塑剂,可以提高橡胶籽油的附加值,扩大增塑剂产品的应用领域。目前对生物基增塑剂的研究主要集中在生物基原料上,而产品的功能性不足。本研究将阻燃剂磷酸盐和氯引入橡胶籽油的化学结构,合成了一种基于橡胶籽油的氮磷协同阻燃增塑剂(NPFP),并将其应用于聚氯乙烯(PVC)的增塑剂中。对增塑PVC材料的热稳定性、极限氧指数、增塑性能、抗溶剂萃取性能和微观结构进行了表征。结果表明,NPFP具有优异的抗溶剂萃取性能,可显著提高塑化PVC材料的极限氧指数和热稳定性,可部分取代邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)作为多功能辅助增塑剂。
