As a result there is an increasing interest in less invasive and bioresorbable procedures from both healthcare professional as well as patients that ideally can be performed in an out-patient setting. This brief report describes our initial results using a novel bioresorbable injectable product for the treatment of female mild to moderate stress urinary incontinence. The results show that the majority of patients respond well to treatment and remain continent for the initial 12 months following injection. Complication rate is low and consisted of mild and transient events.
