The R2 value (0.99) of analysis of variance (ANOVA) recommended that the model used for response prediction is significant (p<0.05). 摘要

摘要本研究通过Plackett-Burman设计筛选不同营养和物性参数,开发出经济型发酵培养基工艺,使谷氨酸棒状杆菌最大限度地生产l -蛋氨酸。以车前草为碳源、花生为氮源、CaCO3、K2HPO4、KH2PO4、生物素、MgSO4.7H2O、接种量、搅拌速度、培养基/发酵罐体积比、pH等11个工艺变量进行筛选实验。PBD模型结果表明,车前草为碳源、花生为氮源、CaCO3、MgSO4.7H2O和KH2PO4这7个变量对l -蛋氨酸产量有显著影响,其余6个变量对l -蛋氨酸产量影响不大。方差分析(ANOVA)的R2值(0.99)提示用于反应预测的模型具有显著性(p<0.05)。与未优化培养基相比,优化培养基的l -蛋氨酸产量提高了24%,l -蛋氨酸产量为5.6 g/l。
