When submitting soybean plants to flooding at R5 stage, the mass of thousand seeds was reduced independently of the cultivar. The shoot growth and length, shoot dry matter, and roots dry matter characters were negatively influenced due to soil flooding in R5 growth stage. The oxygen deficiency can cause alteration in roots and shoot protein concentration on soybeans seedlings. 摘要

本研究旨在评价在作物繁殖期土壤淹水影响下产生的大豆种子的化学成分和幼苗的初始生长情况。试验设计采用全随机、全因子设计,2个大豆品种× 3个淹土期,4个重复处理。大豆植株在R5期淹水时,千粒重的减少与品种无关。在R5生育期,土壤淹水对地上部生长和长度、地上部干物质和根系干物质性状均有负面影响。缺氧会引起大豆幼苗根部和茎部蛋白质浓度的变化。缺氧条件下产生的种子产生的幼苗,其根和茎部的氨基酸浓度受到刺激。
