摘要

目的探讨自体脂肪注射与多二恶酮线埋植在鼻唇沟充填中的临床应用。方法选取2016年4月~ 2017年10月建德市第一人民医院轻中度鼻唇沟美容患者64例，按态度分为A组和B组。A组(28例)仅采用聚二恶酮线埋地充填鼻唇沟;B组36例采用自体脂肪注射加聚二恶酮线埋植鼻唇沟充填。记录手术效果18个月。结果术后最常见的并发症为肿胀、瘀伤和即刻疼痛。术后2周，两组各有2例暴露于聚二恶酮线。两组患者在肤色和皮肤质地方面均取得满意的效果。长期随访(bb10 ~ 3个月)，A组矫正不足9例，B组矫正不足2例。结论自体脂肪与聚二恶酮线联合治疗鼻唇沟充填安全有效。关键词:鼻唇襞;填充;缺损;脂肪组织;嵌入的线程;PPDO
