摘要

在当今多渠道的分销环境下，提高大型零售店、超级市场、便利店等各类零售店的专用物流中心(dlc)的效率，对零售店和企业的竞争力至关重要。本文通过效率分析得出了dlc的效率改进策略。为此，本文利用韩国某分销公司的真实数据，运用DEA(数据包络分析)方法对dlc的效率进行了实证分析。详细分析了dlc的运营效率、财务效率和服务效率，并对dlc之间的效率进行了对比分析。最后，结合dlc的特点对分析结果进行了讨论，并得出了管理和运营意义。
