Morphological and structural properties were investigated by scanningelectron microscopy (SEM). FT-IR spectra was indicated characteristic absorption bands ofZnO. 摘要

本文研究了溶胶-凝胶法合成氧化锌纳米颗粒(ZnO NPs)及其溶液中添加聚合物的影响。以六水硝酸锌、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮PVP、蒸馏水和氢氧化钠为主要原料。用X射线衍射仪研究了ZnO的结晶行为。根据Scherrer公式,在煅烧温度(500°C)和晶粒尺寸下,用蒸馏水制备的样品的纳米颗粒相可从无定形转变为纤锌矿结构,用溶解的PVP制备的试样的纳米颗粒尺寸约为(21.131)nm,用溶解PVP制得的试样的微米颗粒尺寸约(20.035)nm。用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对其形貌和结构进行了研究。红外光谱显示了ZnO的特征吸收带。紫外-可见吸收光谱显示了ZnO纳米粒子的典型光谱。最后,结果表明,与用蒸馏水制备的样品相比,溶解PVP的样品具有更小的颗粒尺寸、更小的团聚和窄的分布,但纯度更低。
