The quantitative approach is used. The population of this study is the Head of Financial Section and the financial department staffs in the Office of the city of Jambi. The sampling method used is saturated sample. The amount of questionnaires distributed is 75 and that can be used is 55 questionnaires. Statistical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Data analysis tools used is IBM SPSS version 22.0 program. 摘要

本研究的目的是确定影响公共部门,即占碑市各部门组织业绩的因素。采用了定量方法。本研究对象为占碑市财务科科长和财务科办公室工作人员。所采用的取样方法为饱和取样。发放问卷75份,可使用问卷55份。统计方法采用多元线性回归分析。使用的数据分析工具是IBM SPSS 22.0版程序。分析结果表明:(1)明确的、可测量的目标显著影响了占碑市各部门的组织绩效;(2)工作动机对占碑市各部门组织绩效有显著贡献;(3)绩效测评体系对占碑市各部门的组织绩效有显著的促进作用;(4)激励不影响占碑市各部门的组织绩效;(5)分权显著影响了占碑市各部门的组织绩效;(6)预算参与对占碑市各部门组织绩效有显著的促进作用;(7)目标明确且可测量、工作动机、绩效衡量、激励、分权、预算参与等变量对占碑市部门组织绩效有显著影响。
