And what topics do these journals cover? The purpose of this essay is to examine communication law and policy research that is being published in non-law, peer-reviewed journals. Examining the past ten years of publications in thirty-six journals, the essay documents the journals that have published research on communication law and policy topics and attempts to analyze these articles to provide a snap shot of the state of research in these journals.
