摘要

由于新冠肺炎大流行，中国的图书馆于2020年初关闭，并将所有服务转移到网上。这种变化给图书馆服务的发展带来了前所未有的挑战，同时也为图书馆未来的转型带来了机遇和动力。本文以中国国家图书馆和30多家省级公共图书馆的官方微信账号为主要信息来源，对闭馆期间提供的服务进行了总结和分类。对各图书馆发布的新闻进行整理分析，指导疫情环境下公共图书馆网上服务的改进。最后，从阅读推广、智慧图书馆、新媒体运营、信息素养培养、开放获取和协同发展六个方面，对后疫情时代图书馆的重点发展方向提出了笔者的思考和建议。
