To assess the compliance of the Family Code of Ukraine with current societal developments, a careful comparison of its provisions with the principles developed by the Commission on European Family Law (cefl) is needed. The family legislation of Ukraine requires detailed monitoring, factoring in the provisions of a questionnaire developed by the Commission. 摘要

本文提供了对乌克兰家庭关系法律监管现状的分析结果，并总结了制定家庭关系监管一般原则的立法中的主要问题。特别注意研究家庭法的基本原则，以及这些原则如何反映在《乌克兰宪法》和《乌克兰家庭法典》中。为了评估《乌克兰家庭法》是否符合当前的社会发展，需要将其条款与欧洲家庭法委员会制定的原则进行仔细比较。乌克兰的家庭立法需要进行详细的监测，同时考虑到委员会制定的调查表的规定。乌克兰最高拉达有必要实行国家规划、发展和采纳国家法律政策概念的制度。
