Revisión sistemática de clima y desempeño organizacional en Lima y Callao

espanolDesde los 90’s se han venido realizando un gran numero de tesis de grado en el Peru siendo el clima y el desempeno laboral variables de interes, cuyo analisis permite generar estrategias que incrementen la productividad del pais. Se ha llevado a cabo una revision sistematica de tesis que analizan la relacion o influencia entre las variables clima y desempeno organizacional en Lima y Callao durante los anos 2015 a 2019, teniendo como objetivo el identificar las aproximaciones teoricas sobre el clima organizacional y desempeno laboral. EnglishSince the 90’s, a large number of thesis have been carried out in Peru, with working environment and work performance variables of interest, whose analysis allows generating strategies that increase the country’s productivity. A systematic thesis review has been carried out that analyzes the relationship or influence between the variables climate and organizational performance in Lima and Callao during the years 2015 to 2019, with the objective of identifying the theoretical approaches on the organizational climate and work performance.
