摘要

本研究的目的是确定临床监督和自我效能感是否对教师的教学能力有积极的直接影响。共有72名教师作为研究样本，获得数据，并采用路径分析的定量方法进行分析。结果表明：（1）临床督导对教师教学能力有积极的直接影响。（2）教师教学能力的自我效能感。（3）自我效能的临床监督。
