摘要

以袋状菌为吸附材料对井水中铁、锰、pH、COD、BOD和TSS的吸附浓度进行了研究。采用原子吸收光谱法测定铁和锰的含量;使用pH计测量pH值;COD和BOD采用滴定法;研究结果表明,采用KOH活化的松果酶对TSS的还原率最高,可显示铁还原率为42.80%,锰还原率为94.93%,pH值为8.45%,COD为24.75%,BOD为32.21%,TSS为2.88%,铁回收率为98.05%,锰回收率为88.31%。
