The type of EH was identified in 84 patients using a histological study and a diagnostic curettage of the uterine cavity. In view of more severe and considerable systemic immunity abnormalities in women with CS and EH, the indirect effect of levonorgestrel's intrauterine microdose excretion on systemic immunity was examined.\n \nResults: Mirena® LNG-IUS has an indirect immune-corrective effect on systemic and humoral immunity in women with EH who have a pathological climatic course.
