One of solution is to design an automated service system that can be accessed and served anytime, anywhere, and from anywhere, such as a chatbot. The method used in the design of this chatbot is to use a rule-based method to determine the answer (action) to be taken next. The main emphasis of this research only focuses on information services for the Biro Administrasi Akademik (BAAK). 摘要
教育机构应拥有一个简单、准确、快速的学术服务系统,提供与讲座信息相关的文件,如:Kartu Renrana Studi(KRS)和Kartu Hasil Studi(KHS),这将间接支持教学活动的顺利进行。其中一个解决方案是设计一个可以随时随地访问和服务的自动化服务系统,例如聊天机器人。这个聊天机器人的设计方法是使用基于规则的方法来确定下一步要采取的答案(行动)。本研究的主要重点仅放在为Biro Administrasi Akademik(BAAK)提供信息服务上。从采用这种基于规则的聊天机器人的结果来看,获得了相当高的准确性,在不同方案的96次测试中,成功率(答案的准确性)高达98.95%。
