Qualitative research methods are used: a combination of individual in-depth interviews and focus group interviews. We apply a customerdominant logic perspective in order to identify the drivers of value co-creation and emerging value types. The study identifies multiple types of value emerging from a mobility experience (e.g. individual and shared value, one-off and longitudinal value).
