摘要
Charles Bonnet综合征（CBS）与不同程度的痛苦和损伤有关。然而，目前还没有公认或既定的治疗方法来控制这种情况。我们报告了一名患有继发于严重青光眼和白内障并导致严重抑郁症的CBS的患者，该患者对丙戊酸钠和舍曲林的治疗反应良好。
Successful treatment of Charles Bonnet Syndrome with sodium valproate and sertraline: A case report
