Data for this study was \nobtained through face-to-face interviews with MS patients who presented at the neurology outpatient clinics of two university \nhospitals between April and October 2018. 目的:本研究旨在了解多发性硬化症(MS)患者治疗依从性水平及影响治疗依从性的因素。患者和方法:本研究对211名多发性硬化症患者进行了描述性和横断面研究,本研究的数据是通过对2018年4月至10月在两所大学医院神经内科门诊就诊的多发性硬化症患者进行面对面访谈获得的。数据收集采用Morisky, Green, and Levine依从性量表、Beck抑郁量表、多维感知社会支持量表和疾病感知量表。结果:样本平均年龄为40.03±10.82岁,女性占70.1%。半数患者(51.7%)治疗依从性不佳。依从性好的患者具有更高的多维感知社会支持量表得分(p
