The definition of dual education as a part of the system of education and training through theoretical teaching and work-based learning with the employer is given. The paper presents the results of the introduction of dual education in secondary schools so far: About 10,038 students are included; the number of dual educational profiles is 47, while the number of companies participating in the implementation of work-based learning reached 900. The paper presents and sets the goals of the dual model of higher education studies.
