摘要

手术切除是结直肠癌癌症肝转移患者的最佳治疗选择。作为癌症同步肝转移的患者，原发灶和转移灶同时切除已被广泛应用。随着腹腔镜技术的逐渐成熟，其微创、安全、有效的特点使其更适合同时切除伴有肝转移的结直肠癌癌症。在掌握癌症肝转移手术治疗原则的基础上，合理、充分结合腹腔镜的优点，使患者在创伤最小的情况下获得更大的治疗效果。关键词：腹腔镜；癌症大肠癌；肝转移；同时切除
