The results show an increase in government accountability and speech freedom, political stabilization, and government effectiveness in Ukraine. 摘要

制度及其可持续性在可持续发展管理的三个维度中发挥着重要作用，决定了管理结构的状态及其在不同管理层面的合作意愿。本文旨在评估可持续发展任务背景下治理制度可持续性的标准。研究方法基于对乌克兰可持续发展管理制度稳定性的统计分析(全球治理指标(WGI)，电子政务发展指数EGDI和EPI(电子参与指数)，竞争力指数，包含机构发展评估，根据1996年，2006年，2011年和2020年乌克兰世界价值观调查评估信心)。结果显示，乌克兰的政府问责制和言论自由、政治稳定和政府效率都有所提高。与此同时，对监管环境和腐败控制的评估仍然很低。
