During follow up of 6 to 36 months after operation, 29 cases suffered hernia recurrence in 24 to 34 months after removal of mesh. 摘要

目的总结腹股沟疝修补术后疝环网感染的治疗经验。方法2007年1月至2018年6月在北京朝阳医院对392例腹股沟疝修补术后疝环感染患者进行手术治疗。对于开放式腹股沟疝修补术后的网片感染,通过开放式手术切除感染的网片和组织,而腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补后的网布感染则采用腹腔镜手术。对感染时间、细菌类型和疝复发进行评估。结果369例腹股沟疝修补术后发生疝网感染,23例腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补。61例在3个月内发生网状物感染,258例在3月至1年内发生,73例在1年后发生。在术后6至36个月的随访中,29例在去除网状物后24至34个月内疝复发。193例细菌培养呈阳性,其中金黄色葡萄球菌126例,大肠杆菌18例,铜绿假单胞菌15例。结论腹股沟斜疝修补术后网状网片感染的个体化治疗策略是安全有效的。关键词:疝,腹股沟;疝修补术;感染,网状物
