Patients with Triangular Fibro Cartilaginous Complex injuries will present with ulnar-sided wrist pain associated with clicking or point tenderness between the pisiform bone and the ulnar. Magnetic Resonance Imaging is a primary diagnostic modality; wrist arthroscopy is the gold standard investigation.
