摘要

近年来，柔性输尿管镜切开引流是治疗肾盂旁囊肿的一种创新手术选择。找到肾盂旁囊肿最薄的部位是手术的关键。本文报告两例肾盂旁囊肿患者，均采用弹性输尿管镜切开引流结合万灵针治疗。手术取得了成功，并在两年的随访中取得了良好的结果。关键词：肾脏疾病，囊性；盆腔周围囊肿；柔性输尿管镜；万能针
