The areas of focus are the curriculum, facilities and infrastructure, and community relations. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected by interview, observation, and documentation methods. The data were analyzed by collecting, condensing, presenting data, and finally drawing conclusions. The validity of the data is checked by using triangulation of sources and methods. The result of the study is that the implementation of the internal quality assurance system has been going well, but there are problems in 3 areas, which include curriculum, infrastructure, and public relations. The problem in the curriculum field is that teachers who come from the industry do not yet have the pedagogic ability to develop learning tools. The problem in the field of infrastructure is the lack of staff to manage school facilities. 摘要
本研究旨在确定内部质量保证体系(SPMI)在SMK Cor Jesu Malang实施中存在的问题。重点领域是课程、设施和基础设施以及社区关系。本研究采用案例研究设计的描述性定性方法。通过访谈、观察和文献法收集资料。通过收集数据、压缩数据、呈现数据,最后得出结论,对数据进行分析。通过对数据来源和方法的三角剖分来检验数据的有效性。研究结果表明,内部质量保证体系的实施情况良好,但在课程、基础设施和公共关系3个方面存在问题。课程领域的问题是,来自行业的教师还不具备开发学习工具的教学能力。基础设施领域的问题是缺乏管理学校设施的人员。与公共关系领域相关的问题是,公众舆论倾向于认为职业毕业生并不比高中毕业生好。
