The composition and structure of the investigated samples were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) techniques, while the corrosion behaviour was investigated applying voltametric and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) measurements. The results of EIS measurements performed during 24 h immersion of the investigated samples into the 0.5 M NaCl solution revealed that the layer of silane doped with Ce was more protective than that of the non-modified one. 摘要

本工作旨在评估掺有硝酸铈的双[三乙氧基硅烷基丙基]四硫化物(BTESPT)作为缓蚀剂对在0.5M NaCl溶液中具有磷酸盐-高锰酸盐层的碳钢样品耐腐蚀性的改善作用。本工作的主要目标是比较铈转化涂层和铈作为硅烷的添加剂抑制剂的自修复能力。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)技术对所研究样品的组成和结构进行了表征,同时通过伏安法和电化学阻抗谱(EIS)测量对腐蚀行为进行了研究。将所研究的样品浸入0.5M NaCl溶液中24小时期间进行的EIS测量结果表明,掺杂有Ce的硅烷层比未改性的硅烷层更具保护性。已经确定,由于缺陷的愈合,硅烷涂层中硝酸铈的存在可导致低频阻抗的高值。
