For the determination of volume conductivity, in addition to the analytical method, for the first time, a graphical method is presented as well. According to the experimental results, obtained by both methods, the volume conductivity values of negative corona charged samples were higher than those of the samples charged by positive corona. Considering the different nature of positive and negative coronas, these differences in results are to be expected and are in full accordance with the theoretical considerations as well. On the other hand, the good agreement between the analytical method results and those obtained by the graphical method, indicates high accuracy of the proposed analytical formula. 摘要

本文研究了当样品电流与栅极电位呈线性关系时,极性对用电晕三极管法测定的Kapton和聚乙烯(PE)体积电导率的影响。对于体积电导率的测定,除了分析方法外,还首次提出了图解法。根据两种方法获得的实验结果,负电晕充电样品的体积电导率值高于正电晕充电样品。考虑到阳性和阴性冠状病毒的不同性质,这些结果的差异是意料之中的,也完全符合理论考虑。另一方面,分析方法的结果与图解法的结果吻合良好,表明所提出的分析公式具有较高的精度。同时,实验结果与经典的“静态”和“动态”方法的结果吻合良好,证实了电晕法测定聚合物体积电导率的准确性。
