The research approach uses quantitative methods, the research sample of the principals of Kindergarten institutions in Turen District, Malang Regency as many as 46 respondents. The analytical method used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The research findings indicate that Good School Governance has a significant influence on school performance, leadership commitment has a significant influence on school performance, the interaction of leadership commitment and Good School Governance has a significant influence on school performance. In terms of managerial implications, the practice of Good School Governance is positively related to school performance and leadership commitment as a moderating variable in an effort to improve school performance and quality. 摘要

本研究旨在分析良好学校治理对学校绩效的影响,分析领导承诺对学校绩效的影响,以及领导承诺对良好学校治理对学校绩效的调节作用。研究方法采用定量方法,对玛琅县土仁区幼儿园机构负责人的调查样本多达46名。使用的分析方法是适度回归分析(MRA)。研究结果表明,良好学校治理对学校绩效有显著影响,领导承诺对学校绩效有显著影响,领导承诺与良好学校治理的交互作用对学校绩效有显著影响。就管理意义而言,良好学校治理的实践与学校绩效和领导承诺呈正相关,作为改善学校绩效和质量的调节变量。特别是领导作为管理者,作为领导者和正确的决策者的承诺,以实现必须发展和改进的目标。
