我们报告的情况下，早产儿35周妊娠，谁提出呕吐对生命的第一周结束。排除疑似肥厚性幽门狭窄。超声检查证实了诊断。幽门肌切开术进展良好。我们描述这个情况，由于发病的时间与早产儿有关的疾病。
