Experimental samples were prepared by adding sevoflurane into 1 L vacuum sampling bottles (GL Sciences, Tokyo, Japan) filled with indoor air using a micropipette (Eppendorf, Hamburg, Germany). After waiting for the sevoflurane (Maruishi Pharmaceutical, Osaka, Japan) volatilization at room temperature, 20 μL of the sample from the sampling bottle was injected into the gas chromatograph using a micro syringe (Terumo, Tokyo, Japan). 实验采用气相色谱法(GC 2014;岛津公司,京都,日本)配备了电子捕获检测器(ECD)(图1)和中极柱(Rtx-200;Restek Corporation, Bellefronte, PA, USA),以化学键合的三氟丙基甲基聚硅氧烷为液相。使用微管(德国汉堡埃彭多夫)将七氟烷加入充满室内空气的1l真空取样瓶(GL Sciences, Tokyo, Japan)中制备实验样品。待七氟醚(Maruishi Pharmaceutical, Osaka, Japan)在室温下挥发后,从取样瓶中取20 μL样品,用微型注射器(Terumo, Tokyo, Japan)注入气相色谱仪。环境空气中七氟醚的ECD-GC测定方法的建立
