摘要
本研究旨在确定1）校长监督对SMA Negeri 1 Maumere教师工作动机的影响。2） 补偿对SMA Negeri 1 Maumere教师工作动机的影响。3） 校长监督对SMA Negeri 1 Maumere教师表现的影响。4） 补偿对SMA Negeri 1 Maumere教师绩效的影响。5） 工作动机对SMA Negeri 1 Maumere地区教师绩效的影响。6） 动机作为中介作用影响SMA Negeri 1 Maumere校长对教师绩效的监督。7） 工作动机作为补偿对SMA Negeri 1 Maumere教师绩效的中介影响。使用路径分析（路径分析）对研究中使用的数据进行分析，路径分析是多元回归的应用，以路径图为指导，检验假设检验作为决策的基础，以确定研究因变量和自变量的直接和间接影响。
