IFD is an important prognostic factor in patients with hematological malignancies. IFD is difficult to diagnose, and the efficacy of treatment is poor. Therefore, antifungal treatment begins with prevention. At present, there are still controversies about the clinical indications, drugs, administration time and efficacy of IFD chemoprevention. 摘要
