摘要

在Pupuk Kaltim质量控制实验室对火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定NPK肥料中Cd(II)的验证方法进行了研究。Cd(II)的测定参照印尼国家标准(SNI)2803:2012进行。根据研究结果得出的相关系数(r)为0.9991;相对标准偏差(RSD)值的再现性为4.502%,比2/3 CV Horwitz为9.757,相对标准偏差值的重复性为5.225%,比2/3 CV-Howitz为9.695;%回收率在80-110%之间,平均回收率为98.56%;检测限为0.056mg/kg,定量限为0066mg/kg;用标准溶液的浓度、体积、质量、精度和纯度等不确定度分量进行测量的不确定度估计,得到95%置信水平下的扩展不确定度值为±0.197mg/kg,不确定度百分数为10.43%。
