ARVD clinical indications or symptoms before the age of 12 are difficult to diagnose and it is also rare to acquire ARVD symptoms after the age of 60. 34-year-old male patient with no-known co-morbid received at Emergency Department of PNS Shifa Hospital Karachi. 摘要

致心律失常性右心室心肌病/发育不良（ARVD）被认为是最常见的死亡原因之一，尤其是运动员因心脏骤停而死亡。流行病学上，每5000人中就有1人估计患有抗逆转录病毒药物。12岁之前的ARVD临床指征或症状很难诊断，60岁之后出现ARVD症状也很罕见。34岁男性患者，无已知合并症，在卡拉奇PNS Shifa医院急诊科接受治疗。本病例报告是ARVD 4期双心室受累的典型病例。
