摘要
经济的发展和技术的快速变化对中国的高等教育产生了相当大的影响。为了培养受过高等教育的熟练劳动力,满足研究发展和生产力的需求,中国的高等教育机构面临着适应和实施组织变革的巨大压力(Li et al. 2011)。本文首先概述了近几十年来中国高等教育的转型。然后,作者评估了美国的共享治理实践,并讨论了中国在不久的将来采用共享治理的潜力和局限性。
