The result of this study found that 10 stakeholders are involved in this business. Theft and vandalism, traffic accidents, disclosure of personal information, and loss of customer deposits are considered the most important risks factors. Stakeholders' perceptions on risk and risk management strategies: the case of Chinese dock-less bike-sharing enterprise
