摘要

冠状病毒疾病（新冠肺炎）大流行对世界各地的经济产生了巨大影响。为了阐明新冠肺炎如何影响越南中小企业的银行贷款融资决策，我们在2020年3月至4月期间进行了一项调查，来自越南胡志明市92家中小企业的代表参加了调查。运用逻辑回归，我们发现新冠肺炎的风险认知是帮助预测中小企业银行贷款融资决策的重要因素。这项研究不仅有助于有关企业融资决策的管理文献，也有助于决策者引入与中小企业相关的政策。
