The model used is the ADDIE model which includes five stages, namely (1) Analyze, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, and (5) Evaluation. This study uses observation, interviews, and questionnaires as data collection instruments. The material validity test score was 93 percent, the media validity test score was 75 percent, the teacher feasibility test score was 98 percent, and the student test score was 96.5 percent and received a positive response from the students. From the results of these scores, the electronic module for class V water cycle materials in elementary schools is classified as very valid and feasible to use. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengembangkan modul elektronik interaktif berbasis scientific yang valid menurut ahli materi dan ahli media, serta layak bagi pendidik (guru) dan peserta didik. Model yang digunakan adalah model ADDIE yang mencakup lima tahap yakni (1) analisis, (2) desain, (3) pengembangan, (4) implementasi, dan (5) evaluasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan angket sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data.
