Job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of good corporate governance on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, but is able to mediate the relationship between Knowledge Management and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Interestingly, good company GCG does not necessarily increase employee OCB. 摘要
