摘要

针对传统力学性能测试方法误差大、耗时长的问题,提出了一种新的公路混凝土路面施工机械材料力学性能测试法。得到了平衡坐标系下混凝土路面微观结构的变形分量与位移分量之间的关系。通过二阶导数函数求出公路混凝土路面施工材料的临界厚度的极限值。基于AFM力曲线分析原理,确定了公路混凝土路面施工力学材料与弹性模量的关系,实现了公路混凝土面层施工力学材料的性能分析。试验结果表明,该方法对公路混凝土路面施工机械材料的力学性能分析误差仅为0.3%,试验时间短。
