The sample of this study is undergraduate accounting students who have taken an Enterprise System course and ERPsim. The sample used in this study is 140 respondents selected using purposive sampling, The data analysis is conducted through Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The result of this research indicates that two factors determining the behavior for learning Enterprise systems course are enjoyment and cognitive appraisal. The result of this study provides evidence that behavior intention to use ERPsim is related positively to learning outcomes. Enjoyment is related positively to cognitive appraisal for using ERPsim. 摘要

本研究旨在探讨企业资源规划模拟(ERPsim)如何提高会计学生学习企业系统课程的效果。本研究的样本是选修过企业系统课程和ERPsim的会计专业本科生。本研究使用的样本是140名受访者,采用有目的的抽样选择,数据分析是通过结构方程模型(SEM)进行的。研究结果表明,决定企业系统课程学习行为的两个因素是享受和认知评价。本研究结果证明,行为意愿与学习成果之间存在正相关关系。享受与ERPsim的认知评价呈正相关。享受和认知评价对ERPsim在理解业务流程和企业系统中的有效性起着重要作用。
