In order to determine the participation level, the school leadership scale and the participation among stakeholders scale were combined in the path analysis. In the analysis of the data, t-test, ANOVA and the LSD test as post hoc tests, the Pearson Correlation analysis and the path analysis were used. As a result of the research, it was determined that school principals’ views were close to high level regarding teacher and stakeholder participation and high level regarding academic emphasis.
