The results showed that two fecal samples positive Toxocara cati from 30 samples fecal and durability Toxocara cati eggs on medium in vitro over 24 showed 28% NaCl; PBS 68%; CMC 5% and at 48 hours showed 23.7% NaCl; PBS 58%; CMC 17.3%. 摘要

本研究的目的是确定泗水动物诊所家养宠物猫粪便中是否存在猫弓形虫卵,以及猫弓形虫蛋在体外培养基中的耐久性。从泗水的5家动物诊所采集的粪便样本共计30份,然后用放大显微镜检测猫弓形虫卵100次,然后计算每克粪便中的卵数。所用的鸡蛋在每个培养皿中约为200个鸡蛋,然后用0.9%NaCl、1%PBS和1%CMC的各种体外培养基对猫弓形虫的阳性粪便进行24小时和48小时。结果表明,30份粪检中2份粪检阳性,24份以上培养基上持久性弓形虫卵检出28%NaCl;PBS 68%;CMC为5%,在48小时时显示23.7%的NaCl;PBS 58%;CMC为17.3%。根据这些结果,从30个粪便样本中得出两个(6,67%)粪便T.cati阳性的结论,并且测试弓形虫卵耐久性的最佳培养基是1%PBS。
