Large transistors with more power and die area is needed with the purpose to counterbalance for suppression of applied voltages and to gain fast speed with accuracy. In order to cope of this problem a new dynamic comparator is proposed known as dynamic regenerative comparators whose operation is fast even in small supply voltages.
