This study aims to determine the feasibility and response of a limited trial of capacitor practicum guides based on Science Process Skills (SPS) as a physics learning tool. This practicum guide as a physics learning tool can facilitate several practicum activities in which each step is related to SPS, including the practicum capacitance of parallel pieces of capacitors, an arrangement of capacitors (series-parallel-combined), and charging-discharging of capacitors. The results showed that the practicum guide was feasible, namely with a feasibility value of 81.235%, which was categorized as very feasible and obtained student responses in the very good category of 85.2%.
