摘要

对5个改良的桔梗无性系叶片植物岩的变化进行了研究。采用酸消化法提取植物岩,光镜下观察植物岩形态。在样品中鉴定出了三大类植物岩,分别是假类、假类和氯类。在所研究的无性系中观察到类型和形状的变化。结果表明,植体特征可作为一项重要而可靠的克隆鉴定性状,并可作为甘蔗及其近属种、杂交种及其亲本鉴定的工具。
