The patients were further divided into chemotherapy group and allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) group according to the treatment method, and then each group was divided into two subgroups (FOSBhigh, FOSBlow) according to the median expression level of FOSB. In the allo-HSCT group, the patients with FOSB high expression was longer event-free survival (EFS: P=0.017) and overall survival (OS: P=0029). At the same time, allo-HSCT in patients with high FOSB expression could improve the prognosis of the patients (Chemotherapy vs Allo-HSCT, OS: P<0.001, EFS: P=0.007).
