Inferior phrenic arteries (IPAs) can also arise from the abdominal aorta or its branches. In this paper, we present the first case of a common trunk of the right ARA and right IPA arising from the thoracic artery at the level of T10, which was discovered by multidetector-row computed tomography in pretherapeutic evaluation and clearly confirmed by selective angiography.
